Designing a Web3 Event Platform That Feels Effortless

NF3TIX is a blockchain powered event booking platform built to make discovering, attending, and managing live events feel seamless across web and mobile.
The challenge was to design a product that supports Web3 capabilities without exposing users to its complexity. NF3TIX partnered with Tangle to design the marketing website, web application, and mobile application as a unified ecosystem. The focus was on clarity, speed, and confidence, ensuring users could browse events, book tickets, and manage ownership without friction or confusion.

Challenge & Outcome
NF3TIX needed to attract multiple audiences through its website including event goers, organizers, and investors, while keeping messaging simple and engaging. At the same time, the mobile app had to support complex booking and ownership flows in a way that felt familiar to mainstream users.

The outcome was a clear separation of roles. The website acts as an entry point that builds understanding and trust, while the app handles all transactional and post booking interactions. Together, they form a cohesive ecosystem that feels intentional rather than overloaded.
Mobile App as the Core Experience
All ticket discovery, booking, and management takes place inside the NF3TIX mobile app. The app was designed to feel fast, immersive, and intuitive, with events positioned as the primary entry point into the experience.
The home and explore views prioritise imagery, location, and timing to encourage browsing. Navigation is kept lightweight so users can move from discovery to booking without unnecessary steps or decision fatigue.
Designing Booking and Ticket Management Flows
The booking experience was designed to remove friction from decision making. Pricing, availability, and event details are presented clearly, allowing users to commit with confidence.
Once booked, tickets are easy to access and manage. The app presents tickets as clear digital assets, making ownership feel tangible while keeping interactions simple and familiar.
We treated the website and the app as two distinct experience layers with different responsibilities. The website was designed around narrative, audience segmentation, and conversion, while the app was built as a task driven system focused on speed, clarity, and state management.

Website as a Marketing and Discovery Layer
The NF3TIX website was designed to introduce the platform through storytelling, event highlights, and clear value propositions. Landing pages focus on discovery, cultural relevance, and credibility, using large visuals and concise copy to communicate what makes NF3TIX different.
Dedicated pages for investors and organizers provide tailored narratives without overwhelming users. Each page uses focused content, strong hierarchy, and clear calls to action to guide users toward the next step, whether that is exploring events, collaborating, or getting in touch.
